POWELL, OH — Marc Long is the most recent registration for Ohio and plans to take up a full schedule on the Spackler Tour next year.

Long, known more for his dress than his swing is ready to compete.  "It was a nice surprise to get this type of opportunity," says Long.  "It will be nice to accepted into the group and play as many events as I can. It's the best way to improve my amateur ranking and better my golfing career."

Marc Long has not played golf in 10 years.  He believes playing more will help his chances of winning a major and getting high-end business management opportunities.

"My first order of business is to prepare for the 2005 On Tour Championship.  The second order of business and strong preparation for my first major.  My goal is to beat Jamie Myers in June."

The 2004 On Tour Championship completes in 41 days.
