WASHINGTON, DC — Until Andy Cohen said hello to Cedar Ridge Greens, he?s never reeled off two pars on the Carl Spackler Tour.

Now Cohen has done it and maybe a force to recon with before the spring tournament is over in just 24 days.  He also has just raised his NOOG average 19 points in two short outings to assume control of eleventh place in the Spring Spackler Open Championship.

The burly Virginian for the second outing in a row shot 60+ points and 38-over, 110 in his latest round at Cedar Ridge Golf Course.  "And they say lightning doesn't strike twice," said Cohen, who saw his stock increase very quickly $83.94.  "I can?t believe it, to tell you the truth."

"It will take a few more miracle rounds to catch Hoffert," said Cohen, who is currently leading the spring tournament with 87.7 NOOG points per round.  "There have been seven and ten-point leads blown before. Look at Ruthie.  I'm going to give Glenn, Ruthie, and Miller something to think about."

"If they think it's over, then that's good for me, I guess," Cohen said. "But I don't think it's over. I'm going to go out tomorrow and try to keep the ball out of the woods. Then I'll try to three-putt the greens."
